Getting started with Athletis
Is Athletis suitable for beginner coaches?
Yes. Athletis is built to start simply: create your first client profiles in minutes and turn on payments when you’re ready. The Solo plan at €29/mo incl. tax is enough to launch your business.
Is there a commitment?
None. The trial lasts 14 days with no credit card, and the subscription has no commitment: cancel anytime from your account.
Is there a mobile app?
Athletis works on web, iOS and Android. Your data syncs in real time across all your devices.

How does the included website work?
Athletis lets you build your own showcase site, without code, and connect it to your CRM. Every visitor who fills in a form automatically becomes a lead in your pipeline. Learn more →
Is the website really included?
Yes, from the Pro plan at €49/mo incl. tax, with no extra cost or commission. You can create and publish as many pages as you need.
Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely. A .athletis.app subdomain is included, and you can connect your custom domain in a few clicks.
Where do form leads go?
Straight into your Athletis pipeline, with a notification. You can follow up without leaving the tool.
Clients & payments
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes, import your clients from a CSV file in seconds. Our team can assist with migration on the Studio and Business plans.
Which provider processes payments?
Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS certified provider. You receive your payments directly; Athletis takes no commission on your revenue.
Does Athletis take a commission on my payments?
Never. You keep 100% of your revenue (excluding payment-provider fees). Athletis earns only from the subscription.
Pricing & subscription
Does the free trial need a card?
No. The 14-day trial requires no credit card. You only add a payment method if you decide to continue.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. The change is prorated, with no fees.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes, the annual subscription gives two months free versus monthly. You pick the billing period at sign-up.
Can I manage several coaches?
Yes, the Studio plan handles up to 10 members with roles and permissions. For unlimited coaches or multiple organisations, the Business plan is for you.
Data & security
Is my data safe?
Your data is hosted in Europe, encrypted, and GDPR compliant. You can export it anytime and delete your account in one click.
